How Ruby has survived in professional wrestling is a mystery. It's likely the first question you'd ask yourself if you've just met her. She is nice and perky and typically looks on the bright side of all situations. She's encountered her fair share of terrible people in the business and always manages to remain standing even in the worst of circumstances. Ruby has a competitive fire that is hidden beneath the surface just waiting to be awakened. It's hard to say exactly what it takes to bring this out of her, but one thing is for certain: once it's brought out there is no more wondering how she's survived in wrestling.

Biography

Growing up in a small town just outside of Omaha, Nebraska where everyone knew each other, Ruby excelled in various sports but always dreamed bigger than that small town could hold. The youngest and only girl out of five children, her parents expected her to live a simple life just like her mother had; she would get a good job, find a husband, and start a family. Ruby surprised them when she showed an interest in becoming a professional wrestler like she watched on TV with her brothers. With enough begging and pleading, she convinced her parents to enroll her in a wrestling school at the age of 16; they hoped it would be a phase and fizzle out. Instead, Ruby used what she learned to land a spot in a developmental promotion out in California. She packed up her belongings and left home at the young age of 18, never looking back.Ruby got her start in West Coast Genesis, where she won her first-ever championship - The South Bay Championship. It was all the beginning for her, as she would compete in many major promotions such as Empire Pro, Liberty Pro, Alianza Campeonato Mexicano, Sixth City Pro, and South American Wrestling Alliance. She would collect a respectable amount of championships and victories while taking on some of the biggest names. Even though she found a fair amount of success, her time in the ring would take a hiatus for an unexpected business venture that arose.An elopement marriage to a fellow pro wrestler, Caspian Kace, came towards the tail end of her in-ring run, but continued into the opportunity to grace television screens in another way. Cast in a television series by DC Comics, Ruby stepped into the role of THE BATGIRL both in front of the cameras and behind it. With her husband the duo would executive produce the project while also writing for the series. The show streamed for four seasons, including a wrestling-studded cast to much success. Sadly, the fourth series would be the final as Ruby and Caspian filed for an amicable divorce shortly after the fourth season finished airing.Recently, Ruby has been competing within Smith Family Wrestling.Work In Progress
